The festival will not sell tickets. Each participating organization is responsible for their money.

Yard sale, Arts & Crafts: Booth size: 8 feet by 8 feet.Table Size: 2.5 feet wide by 4 feet long. Electricity: Not available.

Information Booths: Booth size: 8 feet by 8 feet.Table Size: 2.5 feet wide by 4 feet long. Electricity: Not available.

Electricity: Outdoor electricity is not available for participating organization. However, participant may use electricity inside the church building. The availability of electricity is limited. Requests will be processed in the order received.Participant may furnish their own portable generator upon prior approval.

Application and Fees:

  • All fees must accompany the application in order to reserve a booth.·
  • Booth assignments will be processed in the order received.·
  • Upon receipt of application and fee, acknowledgement will be made via phone, mail, or e-mail.·
  • The committee will determine charges for booths larger than standard size.·
  • Each participant will be responsible for booth setup
  • Rental fees are: Table & Chair ($20)
  • No food or drink is to be given away.·
  • Application and fee must be received with postmark no later than May 31, 2008, to avoid a $10 late fee.·
  • All applications are subject to approval or rejection by the Committee.
